Can I bring my kids?
Although we truly adore your kids, we would appreciate if they did not join us for the entirety of the weekend. This is an adults-only weekend.

What time should my flight arrive?
The Savannah/Hilton Head airport is a 45-60 minute drive from the Montage. The welcome party begins at 6PM on Thursday 4/25. Trolleys will begin to shuttle guests to the Welcome Party at 5:30PM.
Factoring in travel and time to freshen-up, we recommend booking a flight that arrives no later than 3PM.

How long should I stay?
Stay as long as you want! The hotel room discount is available for the two nights before the Welcome party (Tuesday April 23 & Wednesday April 24) and the two nights after the Wedding (Saturday April 27 & Sunday April 28) if you'd like to extend your stay and make a vacation out of it, six nights total are available at a discount.
Saturday/Sunday is a great day for booking additional activities such as golf, kayaking, paddle boarding, horse stable tours, horseback riding, gun/archery shooting, etc.
A lot of guests are staying until Sunday/Monday, but if you have to get back to reality, we completely understand!

Do I need a car?
If you are staying at the Montage Hotel, all events are at the Montage and are walking distance, however, we will be providing shuttles to-and-from all Wedding events from the main entrance of the Montage. Bikes are included in your reservation but if you want to explore the property/have a golf cart to get to different activities, you can rent a cart through our wedding's concierge. You can find the concierge information on the activities page.
If you are staying off property, we will not be providing any transportation so you will need to rent a car. Please see the accommodations page for more information.

What should I wear?
Welcome Party: Southern Cocktail Attire
Summer Dresses/Jumpsuits
Slacks, Button Downs; Jackets Optional, No Ties Necessary
Ground might be uneven at times, slightly thicker heels are by no means required, but might be more comfortable
Wedding: Black Tie Optional
Long Formal or Short formal Dresses
Tuxedos/Suits

Brunch: Casual Attire
Jeans, T-shirts, Athleisure welcome
We know the wedding will be a late night, so no judgment from us!

I have special dietary needs, what should I do?
Let us know as soon as possible, and we will happy to accommidate you for the entire weekend.

Contact us as soon as possible, and we will check to see if there are any discounted rooms still available.
